If you have the flu, there is a good chance you may have the Swine Flu.

Since the H1N1 (swine) flu strain has been identified, the Weber-Morgan Health Department

identified 30 state lab-confirmed cases for the virus.

"The CDC tells us if you present flu-like symptoms this time of year, [Swine flu] is most likely what you have," Tina L'Estrange, communicable diseases nurse at the Weber-Morgan Health Department, said.

When I was first starting college back in 2001 (yes, I have been in college that long), it was being taught in different classes such as sociology and other subjects that eventually outsourcing would contribute to the collapse of the economy as we knew it, as well as would be a contributor to the demise of the middle class in the United States.

The State of Utah, The Northwest Interstate Compact, as well as the Rocky Mountain Compact to attempt to overturn the ruling of U.S. District Judge Ted Stewart by filing papers, starting the appeal process, last week in Washington. The ruling in favor of EnergySolutions storing Italian nuclear waste in Utah, stating that the Northwest Interstate Compact, had no authority over the company's disposal site.

Milton Friedman is spinning in his grave. I dare say that the man would be gravely disappointed with our nation and its current state of affairs and actions. I can't help but wonder-when did I wake up in a socialist country? You may think that I'm being melodramatic, but that doesn't change the fact that if we aren't one yet, we will be soon.
